Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Due to fluctuations in precious metal prices, Lizzie Kershaw Jewellery reserves the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice.
Delivery Schedule
PLEASE NOTE: All items are hand made and may not be available to post immediately. If we do not have one in stock it will be made for you - orders are usually dispatched within 10 - 14 business days.
If you require your item/s for a special occasion or by a specific date, please email or call 07813 776 274 prior to ordering to confirm that we can meet your requirements.
All order are sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service with adequate insurance for the value of the goods.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and only use your personal information to process your order from us. We will not disclose your information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We use STRIPE to process our transactions.
If you sign up for a newsletter, we will only send you emails that are relevant to our products - we will not sell or disclose your personal information to anyone else.
